КОМ. 15 Ф.П." This abbreviation stands for  "ПУЛЕМЕТНАЯ КОМАНДА 15 ФИНСКОГО ПОЛКА" In English: "Machine-Gun Team 15th Finnish Regiment" Weight - 6 Oz / Length - 12 inches. A rotating band is a metal band that serves to engage the rifling on the gun and trap propellant gases at the rear of the projectile.
